Customer Engagement的一些Business规则

其实Customer广义上说可以看做与你打交道的任何同事,尽量做到以下行规。

never over commit , never under commit

be clear for your support scope, not disclose commercial confidential information

just tell what you really know, promise customer finding support for not sure questions and do follow up

be honest, confidence, cautions, modest, prudent – never cheat customer, otherwise the result will be fetal

do not let customer operate demo env on real product env – POC (Proof Of Concept), POT (Proof Of Technology)

focus on cusomter business problems and payoffs
